  • Your order is considered accepted only after we send a confirmation email or WhatsApp message verifying your order details and delivery address.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order within 10 days of purchase in cases such as stock unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect order details.
  • No obligation to deliver exists until order confirmation is issued.

3. Price and Payments

  • All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices exclude shipping and handling charges, which will be displayed at checkout.
  • Payments are securely processed through our payment partner Razorpay.
  • We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and leading digital wallets.
  • In case of reimbursement (as per refund eligibility), refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned product.

  • We make every effort to display accurate colors, fabrics, and product details.
  • Slight variations in color, texture, or digital print may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, and fabric nature.
  • All size charts provided are for guidance and may vary slightly depending on the fabric type.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery is handled by our trusted partner Shiprocket.
  • Estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days, subject to your location and availability.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative, and exceeding them does not entitle the buyer to cancel or claim compensation.
  • Once dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.
  • Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate before checkout.

6. Exchange, Return & Refund

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved.
  • Any tampering, misuse, or damage caused post-delivery may result in rejection of return/refund.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

7. Cooling-Off Period

  • Failure to report within this time frame will be considered acceptance of the goods.
