At MUMCHU, your satisfaction is our priority. Each product is crafted with love and care to ensure quality and comfort for your little ones. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

🪡 1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Customized or sale items cannot be returned unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or tampering will not be eligible for return or exchange.

📦 2. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Email us at creationsarwin@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A short description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

🚚 3. How to Return

  1. Write to us at creationsarwin@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll share return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.
  4. Keep your courier receipt until your return is confirmed.

💳 4. Refund Process

  • After we receive your returned item, our team will conduct a quality inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original mode of payment.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • If the item fails inspection, it will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

🔄 5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are processed subject to product availability.
  • If the desired size or design is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
  • Exchanges will be initiated only after the original item passes quality verification.

🕓 6. Order Cancellations & Cooling-Off

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if not shipped.
  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 7 business days.

🚫 7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Innerwear, socks, and accessories
  • Products bought during a sale or clearance
  • Customized/personalized items

🎨 8. Fabric & Color Disclaimer

Due to digital display differences, colors may slightly vary from product images. Minor variations in print or fabric texture are natural and not considered defects.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra courts.
