Welcome to MUMCHU, a brand by Arwin Creations. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver your orders placed on mumchu.com.
1. Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next working day.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order is successfully placed and another notification once it has been shipped.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
- Our standard delivery time is 5–7 working days for most metro and tier-1 cities.
- For remote areas or during high-demand seasons, delivery may take up to 10–12 working days.
- All deliveries are handled by our trusted logistics partner, Shiprocket, ensuring safe and timely delivery across India.
📦 Note: Delivery times mentioned are estimates and not guaranteed. Unforeseen delays caused by weather, logistics disruptions, or regional lockdowns may occur.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee (displayed at checkout) will be applied.Any additional handling or packaging fee, if applicable, will also be clearly mentioned before you confirm your order.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive an email and WhatsApp notification containing your Shiprocket tracking ID.
- You can track your shipment status in real time through the Shiprocket tracking portal or via the link provided in your confirmation message.
- If you face any issue tracking your parcel, please contact us at creationsarwin@gmail.com with your order ID.
5. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are entered correctly during checkout.
- Any incorrect or incomplete address may lead to delays or non-delivery.
- Once your order has been dispatched, no changes to the delivery address can be made.
6. Delivery Attempts
- The courier partner will make up to 2 delivery attempts.
- If you are unavailable to receive your parcel during both attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
- In such cases, re-shipping may incur additional delivery charges.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
We take utmost care in packing and shipping every order. However, if you receive:
- A damaged package, or
- An incomplete order,
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at creationsarwin@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.
Our team will review the case and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
8. International Shipping
Currently, MUMCHU ships only within India.
We are working towards expanding our delivery network internationally in the near future.
9. Delays Beyond Our Control
MUMCHU is not liable for delays caused by:
- Unforeseen natural calamities, strikes, or transport delays
- Public holidays or government restrictions
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
However, our team will always keep you informed in such situations.
